They are woven with traditional Anatolian looming techniques, a style that has not changed in 150 years on handmade looms. Roughly 3 towels are made in a day on 1 loom.
Made of 100% pure linen and naturally dyed with no synthetics or chemicals used. The small family-owned collective we work with has a philosophy of sustainable production, fair trade, and slow fashion, the main priority being to support the artists and preserve traditional and disappearing weaving techniques.
