High Desert to Harajuku
We're packing up olive oil & heading to Tokyo this week to cook and host a weekend event with our friend Yuri of Eatrip Restaurant. There will be a breakfast menu both Saturday and Sunday 8-10 am with a special dinner on Sunday night 4-8pm all featuring Wonder Valley Olive Oil. If you are in Tokyo this weekend, come join us.

Sardines marinated with olive oil, pepper and konatsu
avocado & ricotta with pistachio sauce and olive oil
smoked bonito with grilled spring onion
paired with a cocktail or glass of wine
